Several Causes: Uterine spasms can be from endometriosis, fibroids, polyps, infection, bladder problems and colon problems. Uterine spasms can be mistaken to be from ovulation as well.

32 centimeters: The fundal height is measured from the top of the pubic bone to the top of the uterus.  At about 20 weeks gestation the top of the uterus is typically 20 centimeters above the pubis - and from that time until about 34 weeks the uterus will grow at about one centimeter each week.  By 32 weeks the uterus should measure about 32 centimeters above the pubis.

Example at 24 weeks your uterus will be 22-26 cm.

Not sure: If you have had an endometrial ablation (if that is what 'burnt' means) then you are not supposed to get pregnant because it can be very risky for the baby. If you have had an ectopic/tubal pregnancy then you have a much higher risk of future ectopics also.
