Can women with uterine polyps get pregant?

Yes they can: But its important to talk to your obgyn about this. Almost universally, obgyns would recommend removal/direct biopsy of the polyp to make sure there is no cancerous lesion within the polyp. Polyps are not that uncommon in reproductive age women, and most of the time they are benign.
