See below: Your uterus will be in the middle of your abdomen/pelvis about half way between your pubic bone and belly button. By 20 weeks it will be at the level of your belly button. After 20 weeks your doctor will use a tape measure to measure the height of the uterus. This measurement will usually be as many centimeters as you're weeks plus or minus two. Example at 24 weeks your uterus will be 22-26 cm.
