Neck pain: Dad needs a diagnosis, maybe an MRI can help."weakness of bone" is not enough. Is it in front of the neck? Both sides? Back of the neck?

Glad you had tests: If you've had all the workup of which you've spoken, then the serious diseases should be ruled out.  Therefore, you can see a neurologist who specializes in headaches and try some different therapeutic alternatives to relieve your headache.    
Find a neurolgist specializing in headaches in charlotte and keep pursuing the cause of your headaches.

Accepted Answer

Depends on what: they are looking for.  Drug-testing generally requires the consent of the person being tested.  If you did not consent to it, and they do it, you may have legal recourse to suppress any results.  THC can be found in blood and urine.  Drug testing is NOT done in stool, except for meconium testing in newborns, at least to my knowledge.

Imagining study: Ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive and inexpensive way to look at the structure of internal organs and is a good first imaging study to investigate WBC in urine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

47days after possible exposure i took multiplex real-time pcr test (blood and urine) for 12 stds. my question: my results came back negative for hsv-1 and hsv-2 (blood test as no lesions) how conclusive itis? is igg better? tnx?

: If no symptoms typical of herpes after sexual exposure, it is very unlikely you were infected; and even with a known HSV2 infected partner, the risk of catching it is around 1 in a thousand. HSV blood tests are not recommended in this situation. If done, only IgG is valid; IgM testing is very unreliable and never recommended by experts. It takes up to 4 mo. for IgG to be positive.

Drug tests: Suprisingly, both nicotine and thc can stay in your system and be found in urine up to 3 months after you stopped smoking. But quitting is worth it! you will taste and smell more; you will run and move easier; you will have more energy and be more motivated to do! check out "whyquit.Com". One of my patients, a 35+yr smoker of cigarettes and 20+of thc, was able to quit using this resource! good luck.

Yes: It and its breakdown products remain in your blood for approximately 1 month. If you must take the test within that time frame then admit that you used it. Remember it is the lie or the cover up of the act that trips up most people not the deed itself!

Rarely: although it is uncommon one can have her reduced level of kidney function with normal blood and urine test. This is most common in older patients with decreased muscle mass and also with people of small stature or small frame. Their kidney function is better assessed by doing a 24 hour urine collection protein and creatinine clearance. Imaging test are also useful such as kidney ultrasound

Accepted Answer

Get a meter: Urine test is not an accurate way to follow high blood sugar.  Talk to your physician about getting a meter.  They probably can give you one for free.  Glucose meter is essential for the proper treatment of high blood sugar.
