have your stone tested. Depending on the type of stone, the treatment/thing to avoid may be different.

: The tiny black' stones' should be collected when in a fair number(5-10), felt for consistency and the sent for re-analysis. The nature  (opaque, non-opaque, hardness and location) etc should be evaluated by a CT scan. Then it should be treated.

There are certainly other possible causes, but an x-ray to look for a stone would be worthwhile. A CT scan without contrast is the best way to find a small stone.

Suggests kidney inju: The protein can suggest  kidney injury.  It can be  infammation of the kidney or irritation inyour case  by the kidney stones.  Your physicians  will test you for this.

Flomax may help he stone to pass, also plenty of fluids.  There have been a few recent studies showing that sex will help kidney stones to pass ( at least in males).
