Likely will pass: Ureteral stones under 5 mm have about a75% passage rate. That being said stones of any size can get impacted and not pass on their own. Flomax may help he stone to pass, also plenty of fluids. There have been a few recent studies showing that sex will help kidney stones to pass ( at least in males).
