Confused: Not certain what you ask. Generally Keflex is effective for otitis. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may also help. Probiotics will help to repopulate your gut with good bacteria that have been destroyed by the antibiotics. That may help the stomach burning.

TMJ: Most common cause of ear pain not due to ear problems is TMJ.
See ENT doc. If ears negative, see TMJ doc. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
