R/O KIDNEY STONE: Unlikely. From endometriosis with those symptoms is concerning for kidney stone or kidney infection. You need a full exam labs urine C&amp;S. 24 urine for stone analysis kidney ultrasound or CT.. And usually empiric antibiotic therapy. Make sure to strain your urine and try to capture any debris , it may be a kidney stone. Push fluids water/cranberry juice. Also Urology Dr for cystoscopy if needed

Very unlikely; rare: Endometriotic implants have been reported in many sites outside the pelvic and abdominal cavity (like the lungs, the umbilicus, skin, cervix...) They may theoretically extend to the bladder and therefore could very rarely account for or "cause protein to show up in urine". A cystoscopic exam or a urine cytologic test  for endometrial cells and hemosiderin deposits may help answer your question.

i have endometriosis. i've had cloudy urine with an amonia smell to it. had several urinalysis done all came out negative. what could this be?

Concentrated urine: Being a bit dehydrated and not eating enough can do it. Start drinking 8 glasses a day.

Watch and wait : Sometimes it can be from superficial trauma to bladder but if it cont then it can be bladder injury then you need to see your doc

DEFINITELY!: Red and white blood cells in urine could mean possible bladder infection; urine culture can confirm this.  Endometriosis can only be diagnosed by a biopsy or direct visualization (can't biopsy something that you can't see so visualization is required) via laparoscopy. Start with a urine culture; if negative and there is suspicion for endometriosis, see a gynecologist.  Best of luck.

See answer: Most common causes of vaginal burning are infectious vaginitis (bv, yeast, std) which likely have already been ruled out. Irritant-related and atrophic vaginitis and lichen sclerosis usually evident on basis of hx and exam. Dark urine usually a reflection of concentrated urine if urinalysis otherwise normal. To me, your description is suggestive of "vulvodynia" and possible "interstitial cystitis".

See answer: In the absence of noticeable increased urinary frequency, urgency, burning, bladder pressure, a UTI is much less likely. Sediment in urine often related to the ph of urine, whereas  the presence of wbcs in the voided urine of a female more often representative of vaginal contamination than infection.  A urine culture would rule out uti.  I suspect your lower back pain is not  urinary tract related.

taking avelox prednisone and albuterol nebulizer. coughed really bad and had urine leakage. it was brown. i also have endometriosis.

Urine analysis: You should consider having your doctor do a urine analysis. This type of analysis involves giving a small sample of urine and testing urine to make sure that there is no bacteria in the urine. Sometimes medications especially antibiotics can cause color changes to occur in the urine as well.

Unrelated: Don't look for a single cause. Endometriosis is extremely common, as are sinus troubles. A person can learn to remove their own tonsilloliths. Blood and protein in the urine in a woman are often contaminants but a cause should be sought. It's a waste of time to try to connect these.
