Because...: If your stomach is empty and you are hungry, the stomach produces an increase in acid, which cause "hunger pains."  if you are bloated, lets just stay that putting too much in a bag will causes "stomach cramps.".

Upper abd.ache: Gastrititis(inflamed stomach lining), peptic ulcer, pancreatitis,or even gall bladder pathology are possibilities. If a bland, low fat diet,avoidance of caffeine,alcohol and tobacco, and taking antacids like maalox as well as daily prilosec or nexium (esomeprazole) don't relieve your symptoms, consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Too easy...: One - drink water, then eat something. If necessary after that, take a general antacid, such as riopan or mylanta.

Two - don't do that again.

Gi: This is very difficult to answer. Does she have vomiting or diarrhea?  Does eating make the pain better or worse?  Could be as simple as a viral illness causing gastritis or more difficult such as gallbladder problem. If her pain is severe and constant it would be a good idea to see a doctor or go to the emergency department asap as pain severe and lasting for 2 days can be very serious!

: The daily dose is required, but inquire about dividing the dose, and taking a PPI 30 minutes prior to the dose. A follow up in one month is recommended. Report respiratory symptoms and weight loss to your physician. Eat yogurt and reduce spicy foods. Please don't skip doses

Several...: Get tested for H Pylori, double up your omeprazole, maintain good meal timing and reduce spicy and sower food, get the head end  bed raised 15 deg, if obese try loosing waist circumference.

Not for anxiety: SAM-e is indicated for mild depression but not anxiety.  There are no effective /safe herbals for anxiety. Kava kava used to be on the market but it can cause liver damage so it is NOT safe.  The best natural methods for anxiety include meditation, yoga, journaling, and just plain exercise.  Good luck!

Heart burn is treated differently from gallbladder stones, pancreatitis, appendicitis, constipation, hernia, etc. Go see your doctor who can evaluate you & determine diagnosis from which s/he can offer you appropriate treatment & relief.
