Gi: This is very difficult to answer. Does she have vomiting or diarrhea? Does eating make the pain better or worse? Could be as simple as a viral illness causing gastritis or more difficult such as gallbladder problem. If her pain is severe and constant it would be a good idea to see a doctor or go to the emergency department asap as pain severe and lasting for 2 days can be very serious!
