Hard 2 say no exam: Classically right upper quadrant pain is suspected to come from the gall bladder, but it is hard to give a clear diagnosis without more history and an actual exam and maybe some lab tests or an ultrasound exam to look at the gall bladder.  This may well be the case where a exam by a doctor can provide better info then an internet based forum.

Many possibilities: There are many possible causes of right upper quadrant pain worse after eating. Most common causes include gastritis ulcer and gallstones.. often a trial of acid blocking medicine will reveal if the problem is gastritis or ulcer. An abdominal ultrasound will evaluate for gallstones.

Other conditions such as peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, colon cancer, and a myriad of other conditions.  Colon cramping may be severe.Workup should proceed if the gallbladder ultrasound is normal.

If someone standing behind you can find that rib and reproduce your pain by pressing on it then that may be it. This problem is often overlooked.  It is often caused by leaning against the arm of a chair wile on the phone.

It doesn't: jogging has no effect on gallbladder function - what you are seeing is correlation and not causation. I wonder how the pain will feel once the gallbladder is removed. Keep on exercising, however, it is good for you.

man? Prostatic pain gnerally doesn't go there; testicular pain may go into pit of stomach, not usually right upper
either sex maybe gastroesoph reflux, liver capsule stretched by increased blood flow, other including musculoskeletal
either sex, see your doc.
