See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

have had chronic non-hpylori gastritis off and on for 5 years and hiatle hernia. now i have abdominal discomfort after eating. clean egd in apr '13.

See GI : You have had non h pylori gastritis now having abdominal discomfort.  It may be time to have another check for h pylori as some people do become positive.  See your GI doc for new testing.  As we age our chances of h pylori go up.  Ask about celiac testing as well.

Penile pain: These symptoms are consistent with a urinary tract infection or std, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia.  Please see a doctor and avoid having sex until this is evaluated.

i have been experiencing fullness in my chest that is relieved after burping. i do not have burning or abdominal discomfort. these symptoms seem to disappear while i am sound asleep. what can i do relieve them and what is causing these?

: There is not enough information here to make it firm diagnosis. It is certainly possible that this could be a manifestation of Gerd. A simple test might be a two week course of effective acid control, such as omeprazole, to see if it helps. If it does not, then see your doctor. Good luck.

: Vaginal fungal infection with Candida (candidiasis) rarely causes systemic symptoms such as nausea and malaise. The typical symptoms and signs are vaginal itching and burning along with vaginal redness with cheesy discharge.

See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Abdominal pain: Common causes for abdominal pain can be gastritis or GERD which can be helped by dietary changes.  You are a little young for a gallbladder problem, but possible this could be that. Consider a visit with one of the docs online. The consult would likely get your steered the right direction.
