After eating?: You may have gallbladder dysfunction with or without having gallstones. If avoiding fat in your diet helps, it may be the gallbladder. If eating makes it worse... Then it may be the gallbladder. An ultrasound may find stones. A scan we call the hida can demonstrate the function and test if the pain is coming from the gallbladder. May be worth pursuing. Some people may have nausea alone.
