TMD/TMJ: Find the source: it could be a number of clinical problems that involve the chewing musculature, 
the TMJ and associated structures, or both. 
Find the cause: inflammatory, mechanical, rheumatic or collagen diseases.
Apply treatment accordingly. In most cases the treatment is conservative and reversible (non-surgical).

TMJ vs Salivary: This could be a couple of things, and you will most likely need to see a physician for relief. It could be an aggravation of TMJ syndrome, which would explain the difficulty opening and some swelling. Tmj is the joint you chew with. You could also have problem with a salivary gland, possibly even stone in the duct or an infection in the gland. Either way, you probably should make an appointment.

Teeth not jaw : An overbite, also called deep bite, is caused either by the over eruption of the top teeth or an overdevelopment of the bone surrounding the teeth.  Many malocclusions (bite problems) are caused by the size of your jaws but an overbite is not one of them.

central sharp like pin stabbing in lower central chest at that bone. pain radiates like a shock to jaw lasting seconds at a time. standing upright brings it on. norm cardiac workup. low iron.

The people: Who have been treating you will know best. When you say endoscopy, do you mean upper endoscopy when they look into your stomach?  If not, a GI doctor to perform it is reasonable.

i have slight grind in my jaw since last week now my back teeth don't feel like mine, upper cheek bone pain at times - and jaw only opens about an inch?

Time: If this came on suddenly it could be a muscle spasm.  It also could be a problem in the tm joint.  The joint that controls your lower jaw.  See your dentist for an exam.  Often these problems resolve in time on their own.  Ibuprofen can be helpful for the pain and inflammation.

what are the signs of osteomylitis in the upper maxillary jaw. 1 doctor thinks i have it & 1 doctor says i don't! so i am going  to get a 3rd opinion. my symptoms  are cheek bone pain, ear pain, teeth/extraction site pain, & pressure. no fever.

AC joint: Sounds like your acromioclavicular joint. There are exercises you can do for this online. Icing helps. Avoid over-the-shoulder exercises.
