Have it evaluated: There are many possible causes of your leg pain. Too little info to go on to try to try to diagnose. In general, if leg pain is causing to limp it is time to have it evaluated by a physician. Good luck.

if you never really exercise or go for a walk, and then start walking long periods can that cause  right leg pain, i'm not overweight ?

You don't have to be: overweight to experience leg pain from over walking or overexerting yourself when you start exercising after not doing it before.Usually, it's best to warm up, and do some stretching (leg) exercises, so you don't strain yourself when you first start out. Also, hydrate so you don't get cramps from dehydration, or electrolye deficiency.I see that you take caffeine tablets.That could dehydrate you 2.

i have crohn's disease and been on budesonide 9mg for 6 week. i've had severe right leg pain for 5 week, its hard to walk. can budesonide cause this?

Possibly, so ask Dr: I'll give a link to a long list of side effects, but definitely ask your doctor and try to find an alternative treatment. In addition to medical procedures and rx, you might find some additional support in cbt therapy or learning meditation/relaxation skills. Broad differential: Leg pain has a broad differential, but the most common orthopedic reason is related to back problems.  Since i see you are 26 it is unlikely that you have a vascular problem, which leaves something neurogenic or rheumatologic.  Since the differential diagnosis is so broad, i recommend you start with your family practitioner to narrow the differential.

Leg pain w/ loads: Yes, possibly . Sometimes sciatica manifest in the leg and not the back. Would avoid head loads . heavy back packs. Consider kinesiotape,  PT for strengthening exercises.stretches, massage. Check arches for flat feet and use orthodics.

MRI and  neurosurgeo: You probably have a herniated disk or spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine.
You need to see a neurisurgeon / ortho spine surgeon and the a MRI,
May be resolved with Surgery, but sometimes epidural steroid injections may help

you may have a minor problem such as 
tendonitis or you may have a problem with an 
internal derangement such as a meniscal
injury

get an exam and a possible MRI of the knee.

Pulled muscle: Symptoms named can occur from pulled muscles in groin or pelvis (often due to strain, overuse, excessive stretch). Hip joint problems and sacroiliac joint problems are also possibilities. Less likely is a pinched nerve in the spine.
