See dermatologist: Would see a dermatologist as soon as you can, any wound or skin lesion that doesn't heal after an extended period of time is concerning for a skin cancer, would get a biopsy at the very least.

See a dermatologist: This could any one of a number of things so i would really recommend you see a dermatologist. It could be something as simple as dry skin (winter itch) to something more serious. It is best to have it examined.

father was diagnosed herpes from blisters in his upper back portion with minor fever. how did he get it and what precautions to avoid contagiousness?

Herpes Zoster: Shingles are a reactivation of the childhood infection form Chicken Pox.  IT is not contagious. He did not just 'get it'. This is a common and painful reactivation of a previous infection.  It must be treated aggressively with antiviral medication. And then he should get the shingles vaccine so this does not occur again.

i had a blister (i think) on the inside of my upper back left molar against my gums. it eventually popped (rather gross). infection or cavity maybe?

Cannot say: without an exam, I can only give general information, but... "gross" implies a need for evaluation and antibiotics. If cavity, then it is going into an abcess and spreading. if gum infection, will resolve better and with less risk of complications with same.

Autoimmune bullous : You could be suffering from an autoimmune bullous disorder such as pemphigus or pemphigoid. It is really important that you go to a dermatologist and have skin biopsies performed to make the diagnosis.  Depending on the results, there are treatments available that may really help you. Don't ignore this rash - it can get worse!

i'm having pain on left side of upper back and chest, im not in a lot of pain but it feels like gasses pain. no other symptoms. pain is intermittent. what can this be?

: It may be gas pain like you think; but the location on the left side raise the probability of it coming from a heart disease. You may want to have a comprehensive evaluation by a medical provider especially if there is family history of heart diseas at a young age, if you smoke, have high blood pressure or diabetes mellitus.

Pleurisy: Can be based on lung problem or simply INTERCOSTAL MUSCE Pull ( The small muscles in between the ribs)
A chest x ray is in order and you should see your Primary Care Provider for the results of that film and appropriate treatment!

Burning feeling: Is there a rash there? Because that could  be shingles. If there's no rash after a week, it's probably not shingles. Did you have any trauma? A fall or bump into something? Maybe there is a little peripheral nerve that is getting pinched in the spine. Serious symptoms would be worsening pain, fevers. If it gets worse, go see someone.

what would cause one pinching pain directly between breasts?   no other symptoms except for chronic upper back pain.

? Costochondritis: It is possible this is referred pain from your breast, back or other area.  However it could also be costochondritis which involves inflammation of the little joints where the ribs attach to the breast bone. (Sternum)
