Burning feeling: Is there a rash there? Because that could be shingles. If there's no rash after a week, it's probably not shingles. Did you have any trauma? A fall or bump into something? Maybe there is a little peripheral nerve that is getting pinched in the spine. Serious symptoms would be worsening pain, fevers. If it gets worse, go see someone.
