i have a lump in my upper left arm it's swollen hot to touch bothersome at times and where the lump is my upper arm feels like it's going numb?

?abscess: Sounds like you have some infectious process going on, possible an infected cyst or abscess and or cellulitis.  These types of conditions should require an evaluation by a dr. To get properly treated, especially since the area is getting numb as well. Best wishes.

just noticed my upper right arm hurts a little when i bend it or lift heavy. im 100lbs so arms are small. when i pressed upper arm feels like the bone cuz its hard, it hurts a little when i press on it like a dull pain/ache. feel normal otherwise?

: You may feeling the head of the upper arm bone, humerus, it would be normal for it to feel hard. You may need to engage in regular exercise to improve your muscle strength and flexibility. Any exercise will do. Start with intensity and time as tolerated and gradually increase the intensity and time of exercise so that you exercise about 30 minutes/day, 5 days/week.

Impingement syndrome: Impingement syndrome is most common cause.  This refers to an impingement that can occur between a subacromial bone spur and either a rotator cuff muscles or the biceps; it can sometimes lead to a complete tear of one or more of those structures.  I would not hesitate to be seen for it.

Blood Flow: You may have heard blood flowing through the arteries or veins. Since you say you were laying on the arm perhaps the vessel was occluded and you heard the blood come rushing back into it.
We do this when we take a blood pressure. The cuff occludes the vessel we let down the pressure and listen for the 5 Korotkoff sounds.

Explanation: Unfortunately, there is not enough information to make an accurate decision, however do not touch the nerve, it is most likely the ligaments on a muscle, use Advil or Motrin 400mg 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days. If it still bothers you visit your primary doctor

Nerve, bone, muscle: Could be muscle tear in the shoulder joint, could be nerve impingement in the neck, could be arthritis in the shoulder joint. See your doctor for a physical exam.
