Underlying conditions such as osteogenesis imperfecta, osteopenia of premature birth, rickets (vitamin D problems), and other dietary or metabolic problems increase a baby's risk of fractures.

Sometimes: There are pediatric radiologists that can often offer an opinion on the age of any fracture based on any signs of healing on the x-rays. No healing at all would suggest more recent injury. It is not an exact science but does provide some information.

Artificial chest binding to forge FTM physical stature itself should not affect existing heart function if it is sound. No medication: Unfortunately there are no medications appropriate for infants when they are sick with cold and congestion.  But you can relieve your baby's symptoms by using normal saline with an infant bulb suction to clear the nasal passage.

Screen infant: A screening test particularly to verify that your family is also infected is indicated. Symptoms may range from mild to severe, and please watch for difficulty breathing, cough, fever and shortness of breath. If these occur, a chest radiograph and close follow up is indicated. Monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest.
