Sounds your Triceps-: Muscle has a strain or have tendonitis in it.
Other possibilities include a shoulder joint or neck issue with referred pain in the upper arm.
If it persists beyond a week, see your orthopod to get properly evaluated.

seven yr old boy has a pain above his groin and in his under arm hurts more when he stretches?

Needs to be checked: It is very difficult to guess what is causing pain above his groin without getting more detailed history like exact location of pain,right or left side,how long the pain has been there,is it associated with nausea,vomiting or diarrhea,is there rise in temp 
He needs to be checked by his Pediatrician
The pain in his under arm is probably not related to his above the groin pain and may be muscular

Go see your doctor: It is impossible to make the diagnosis of cancer based on patient age and symptoms. While benign breast disease is more common, it is important that you get seen and examined  by a physician. Further testing like mammogram, ultrasound and even MRI at this age may be necessary.

Cyst or infection: Many reasons to develop painful lumps in underarm or axilla. Swollen lymph nodes may or may not be painful. Ingrown hairs can be uncomfortable. Cysts are usually non-tender but if large enough or infected, can be quite painful. Hidradenitis suppurativa is an extreme case of oil glands gone bad. Rashes can come from: almost anything even the heat. They are impossible to diagnose without seeing they. You will have to see the doc to find out what they are. Sorry we can not see them.
