i am unable to rinse all the toothpaste out of my mouth because they stick to my tongue. is it ok for me to swallow some toothpaste every day?

Absolutely: Think about it, have you ever heard of someone with a case of toothpaste poisoning?  If toothpaste was toxic FDA would not approve it for oral use.  It would take about a bathtub full every single day to even begin to cause noticeable symptoms.

i had a tongue tie and it was done with surgical blade how long will it take to be completely healed? what are the measurements that your tongue has to stick out, touch the top of your mouth and etc. to see if it was done right?

: You should be pretty much pain freeing a week, and mostly healed in two. There are no measurements to "Know" if the surgery was successful. Trust to the training and competence of your surgeon.

when i open my mouth it hurts same with i stick my tongue out. the bottom of my mouth hurts for no reason. it never used to do this. what does it mean? thank you?

: I don’t think it is TMJ.  However, how widely are you opening your mouth, when you stick tongue out.  Do you have any broken teeth.  I probably would start with Oral Surgeon.  Have an exam, and let OS take some diagnostic X-rays.  Do you clench you teeth.  Are you in a stressful situation.  Any ulcerations in mouth, on tongue. Again, I would seek out OS first.

: Did you always have this problem, or is this a recent occurrence.  Are your teeth/gums In good condition, no broken teeth.  Did you experience any trauma to jaw.  Do you clench your teeth.  Most likely you should see Doctor of Dental Medicine/Oral Surgeon to express your concerns, and be examined.

found myself liking to breath in through my mouth until i feel a dryness where my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth.  like the air taste. help.

Decay prone: I can't explain why you like to dry your mouth, but i can tell you that a dry mouth makes it easier to get decay. Your saliva is your first defense against decay. It neutralizes the decay causing acids.

i keep involuntarily sucking my mouth shut at night, tongue sticks to my palate real tight, mornings can't open fully.tongue hurts+ tremor.what can it b?

See your dentist: There are a couple of things that may bee happening and the best thing you can do is see your dentist and find out what is going on with you.  This can happen with bruxism , clenching and grinding, and with a dry mouth.  Talk to your dentist about this.

Find the cause: Dry mouth can cause many intra-oral problems, so it is best to find out the cause quickly.  It could be a change in medications or an underlying systemic condition.  Best thing is to consult with physician or dentist to determine the root cause of dry mouth as it can be very destructive and uncomfortable.

Be seen: It could be several things, such as a yeast infection of the mouth.  Be seen for an exam and diagnosis.

Check TMJ: The temporal mandibular  joint may have a  probelm and your denist  would be your first  stop. See your dentist.
