ER: Get a CT scan at your ER-although this sounds like a migraine headache, it could be a neurology problem.

every time i cough or sneeze i'm unable to control my bladder &  lose urine it's been goin on for bout 2 weeks now. should i be concerned?

Stress incontinence: Stress incontinence has nothing to do with emotional stress.  Rather, it is the stress of abdominal contraction with cough or sneeze where the increase in pressure in the abdomen overcomes the bladder sphincter, causing release of urine.  For now, be sure not to close your mouth when you cough or sneeze (increases intaabdominal pressure but do cover your mouth).  Go to ur dr for further workup.

Rhinitis: Meaning inflammation of the nasal cavity,  allergic or non-allergic,  it can be due to several triggers, viruses at this time of year are common, use saline nasal washes, antihistamine OTC, read the labels carefully, if no improvement, see your doctor, good luck

: Complex. Your symptoms may have a single source or multiple sources. You require a complete examination, thorough history, possibly imaging, possibly lab tests. Rule oif thumb, all chest pain should be evaluated. See your GP or Urgent Care if you don't have a GP.
