Biorhythms: Do you ruminate? Do you exercise during the day to become tired? Is your room, bed, pillow, sheets, and bed clothes comfortable? Don't watch tv in bed.  Do read. Don't nap during the day. Don't lie in bed twisting and turning. If you can't sleep, get up and do something till your're tired. If you're up one night, odds are good you'll be extra tired and sleep well the next.

normal bilirubin range in adults: 

direct bilirubin: 0.1 mg/ dl to 0.3 mg/ dl (1.7 mmol/ l to 5.1 mmol/ l)

indirect bilirubin: 0.2 mg/ dl to 0.8 mg/ dl (3.4 mmol/ l to 12.0 mmol/ l)

total bilirubin: 0.3 mg/ dl to 1.0 mg/ dl (5.1 mmol/ l to 17.0 mmol/ l).

You need to consult with a doctor to find out why you are anemic (eg: if your body is not absorbing iron or if you are losing too much iron from a bleeding source) and for treatment. Common symptoms would be tiredness and possibly shortness of breath.
