Anemia: The condition is called anemia and there can be multiple causes. Somewhat unusual for this level in a young male. You need to consult with a doctor to find out why you are anemic (eg: if your body is not absorbing iron or if you are losing too much iron from a bleeding source) and for treatment. Common symptoms would be tiredness and possibly shortness of breath.
