Ulcer,Gall bladder: You need to have it checked by your doctor as it may be peptic ulcer, gastritis, h pylori in fection, gall bladder disease.So check with your doctor.

Exam: Get a physical examination, blood testing and an abdominal ultrasound. Certainly have liver, gallbladder stomach and pancreas checked.

See below: What you  described is not a usual symptom of dissecting aneurysm. Unless you have Marfan syndrome, aneurysm is highly unlikely at your age.

SKILL?: I assume by skill, you mean are able to eat certain foods and stay well? Certainly, there are known trigger food for ulcers and Acid indigestion/reflux disease, and Coffee and hot tea are on the top of the list. So I do not recommend that to my patients, even if they are controlled and "skilled."  As, Diet and avoidance of triggers remains the mainstay of treatment!  Good luck.

Seek help: A tight and distended abdomen with pain is not something to take likely. It could be obstruction, reflux, a bleeding ulcer, gastritis etc- the list goes on. Please see your doctor asap for this- particularly with you history I would possibly consider going to the ER today. Other conditions can mimic this such as heart disease, diabetes (gastroparesis). You need a full work-up and exam.

Yes: By abdominal ulcer i think you meant stomach ulcer. Yes, ulcers can be cured by appropriate treatment. Caffeine can aggravate ulcer pain and prevent ulcer to heal.

Hard to tell. : We’d need more information before we could hazard a guess - a virtual consultation would be a good idea.  Is the burning all over the abdomen or in one specific part?  Does it worsen after you eat?  Any nausea, vomiting or diarrhea?

Possible: A sufficiently large stomach(?) ulcer can be seen on ct but superficial ulcers will not. Such ulcers would be best shown by gastroscopy.
