Sinus headache: Hello, i would recommend saline nasal washes and Acetaminophen as directed. Afrin nasal spray may also help for your congestion and sinus pain.

You need to see a: Doctor. Sinus headache shouldn't cause sig BP elevation nor swelling. You need to get BP to a normal range, watch your sodium/salt intake & make sure your kidney's are functioning ok. Based on exam,  your doc may want to do blood tests, urine tests, and check to be sure you don't have a sinus infection or other issue causing your headache.  Sleep apnea or thyroid problems might also be factors.

Yes: You should probably see a doctor asap, since sinus infections (if that is what you have) can morph into severe complications, but you might first try sinus irrigation (netti-pot), and decongestant.  When you go to the doctor have a list prepared of all the things which have happened and trust they will work things out for you. Do not know if this is serious without seeing you.

i have woke up the last few mornings with a small loose cough. there is a little bit of brown blood mixed with it. i do not cough at all through out the day. i did have a sinus headache but it went away.. what could this b?

Blood in my sputum: Seeing blood at any time can make us all  nervous.  But, in your situation this may be a very normal consequence of being ill. Your internal membranes may be quite inflamed and the coughing further damages these fragile and healing tissues.

If you are truly improving the blood tinged sputum should diminish.  But, if the bleeding increases, you get feverish or have intolerable pain please get help.

No: Tylenol (acetaminophen or paracetamol) is not a blood thinner. However, it may interfere with some of the blood thinners (warfarin), so you may need to check with your family physician if you think this is your case.

: You  may well  have chronic sinusitis, but this  could merely be a trigger for migraine headaches. Aggressive treatment: 8  weeks of  bronchitis and now sinusitis tells me that you have upper and lower respiratory systems infected or inflamed. There needs to be culture of your sputum, lab, chest and sinus xrays. 
Prolonged antibiotics  are indicated  IF there is infection.
Ancillary treatments are inhalers, decongestants , maybe steroids  and  lots of hydration.
Vision loss  is rare . Please see your physician ASAP.
