Fasciculations: These can be from medications (allergy/decongestants and others) recent exercise and nerve issues, to name a few.  If prolonged (over two to three days,) review with primary care provider.

why does the left side of my peck by my armpit keep twitching?

Multiple causes: overuse, stress, stain, electrolytes depletion, lack of sleep, overdoing it at the gym....for starters.

what could cause pressure followed by twitching/spasming that lasts a few seconds?? happening in many places but most often in my left armpit and and chest area near heart? also usually caused by stretching or moving arm? thank you, i'm 18 by the way?

i have localized fasciculation on my shoulder below collar bone and above armpit for two weeks and it won't stop. it started after minor injury which healed but twitching won't go away, constant at rest. worried about als of course. should i do emg?

: Since your symptom began after a specific injury, I don't know why ALS would be a concern. EMG is probably the most useful technique to identify the muscle that is spasming, and then the specific nerve.  Based on the area you've identified, possibly the pec minor, or pec major. Once identified, various modes of physical therapy can successfully treat.

is muscle twitching a symptom of lymphoma? no muscle pain or weakness just random twitching in muscles. have a swollen lymph node in armpit. i'm 18

Not typical: A lot of early lymphoma have no symptoms. Some can cause local symptoms depending on their anatomic location and size.  Muscle twitching is not a typical sx from lymphoma. Classical constitutional sx (not everyone) are: fever, night sweat (soaking sweat), and weight loss (10% over 6 months). Systemic sx can occur in aggressive or late lymphoma.

Pectoralis: This sounds like you're having mild contractures/spasms of your pectoralis major vs minor.  Oftentimes such symptoms will resolve as quickly as they appeared, so it would be reasonable to give it some time.  If your symptoms persist after a few weeks i would recommend seeing a physician.

i keep feeling this odd sensation in my collarbone area on the left side, around the armpit area, and in the left arm. it feels like flutters and my neck is really tight. are these palpitations or muscle twitch? vitals normal. 27f omeprazole 20mg qam?

Fasciculations are brief and spontaneous muscle contractions that give a twitching sensation, such as an eyelid, or large muscle group like the arms or legs. These can be seen with muscle fatigue after a workout, but may be concern if associated with muscle loss.
