when i blink my left eye, the veins in my neck on the left side twitch.  is this something to worry about?

No: The deep facial muscles are constricting or tugging on the deep facial vein or one of its tributaries. The anatomy here is extremely variable from person to person and I wouldn't give it another thought.

my neck veins bulge a lot when i talk, laugh, lie down, or sometimes stand upright. is this related to heart palpitations or how my neck veins twitch?

Normal veins: It is not uncommon for veins in the neck to stand out when you increase pressure in your chest. This can occur when you cough, laugh, or bear down. Neck veins can also bulge when you have too much fluid in your body or when part of your heart is not working properly. A doctor may examine you and listen to the heart for evaluation. It is not generally related to heart rhythm problems.

urge to twitch my right eye spread to right lip. when i apply kinesio tape to my right neck stem, the urge disappears. freedom from sound, sight & touch sensation makes twitch, cheek, eyebrow & forehead vein ache disappear as well. have tmj & allergi

Myokymia: Thus is not an uncommon or dangerous event. Botox has been helpful in controlling this. It may be related to,the TMJ, so be sure that the latter has been treated correctly. Good luck

27y, 24/7 muscle twitching in both feet/calves started 3 months ago + short body wide twitches every 10min. + occasional pain in veins. no atrophy/ muscle weakness. last month itchy\clearing throat in upright position. should i be worried about als?

Muscle twitches : Muscle twitching in the legs can be associated with problems or metabolic problems. ALS is not common at your age and usually affects the arms before the legs.

It depends : There are multiple factors that go into neck veins pressure.Your position whether you are lying flat , the position of the bed you are lying on whether it is flat, whether you are relaxed , if you  bear down or valsalva that will distend your neck veins. Other medical factors influence this as well, but yes your vein should be flat if all of the other things are optimized to keep them flat.

i've noticed the past two months that when i lie down two of my neck veins get bigger though it only happens when i'm lying down is there an explanation for this? i'm 28 eat healthy and haven't exercised a ton in the past 3 years?

: The blood volume in your body's veins usually pools some in your legs. When you lay down, the gravity effect is reduced, and the venous blood can settle in more of your upper body. By itself what you are describing is normal.

Constant?: Is the twitching constant or occasional?  Do you get headaches while the vein is twitching/pulsing?  I would see a doctor if problem persists.  Could be a circulation problem or some other ailment.  Don't wait for things to get worse!

Something else: Veins are thin walled blood vessels that carry up the "used" blood from the tissues, and organs of our bodies back to the heart to be replenished.  They do not have any muscular layer and so they have no movement on their own and thus cannot twitch.  What you are describing is probably muscle twitching which can occur for no reason at all but is a natural occurrence and no problem. It will stop.

is 500 mg of magnesium too much for me im 6 6 285 pounds and have bad twitching in my neck?

No: the usual dosage of magnesium gluconate would be 500-1000mg per day for hypomagnesemia.
