Something else: Veins are thin walled blood vessels that carry up the "used" blood from the tissues, and organs of our bodies back to the heart to be replenished. They do not have any muscular layer and so they have no movement on their own and thus cannot twitch. What you are describing is probably muscle twitching which can occur for no reason at all but is a natural occurrence and no problem. It will stop.
