No: Even with twins, you will not feel these symptoms related to fetal movement.  The hormones of pregnancy do affect your bowels, so increased gas may explain your symptoms.

However internal bleeding would only result under conditions such as extremely rough sex with grabbing of the skin to maintain a grip on your partner, or grabbing the abdomen with such force that internal organs such as the spleen are lacerated (don't laugh I've seen this in real life). A detailed mechanism of injury would help

Sometimes heart disease, gynecologic issues, kidney/bladder, intestinal, pancreas/gallbladder can all present similarly.

Food poisoning is usually less contagious, but depends on the bacteria type.

Not specificly: After decades of exam i can not really say i can palpate a stomach.I suppose if it were filled with air or a large bezoar i might feel it.I can routinely percuss out the air bubble.The structure is flacid unless full and is not hard like a spleen or kidney where the margin can be appreciated.
