Excess salivation: You had fundoplication.  You note excess salivation.  If the surgery was just performed then it might be a response to glycopyrolate from anesthesia.  This initially stops secretions.  If the surgery was done weeks ago it might be recovering and temporary.  Sounds like the reflux is better and thats a good thing.

Alternatives!: Unlikely to have any problem with resuming the dose which you were previously taking although watch out for possible dizziness or light-headedness. 
With this drug, however, funds should not be a problem. At Target, for example, you can get  90 of the 120mg tablets for only $10. There are also other even cheaper drugs for hypertension which might serve as alternatives. Ask your doctor.

Treat symptoms: Most influenza or viral infections in children last 7-14 days and are treated symptomatically. For fever use Ibuprofen, Decongestant for nasal congestion and cough meds for cough. It is normal for them to feel tired and not want to eat. Give them lots of fluids and rest. If they develop difficulty breathing, unusual irritability, lethargy or dehydration, go to ER.

Tough to say!: I would say that while funding is helpful to finding a cure, what we are missing is key piece(s) of understanding of how the virus works and how it hides from our immune system.  We need to understand how our own immune system works as well.  There is a lot of vaccine research to understand how to stimulate our own immune system to recognize and kill HIV in every infected cell in the body.

Hello. : Hello.  I am not a dentist; so any information i provide canâ€˜t substitute for your dentistâ€™s input. Please check with your dentist for his or her recommendation.
    First off, don't recommend using glue or other house-hold  adhesives to re-cement your tooth/ crown. There are products which can be used to re-cement crowns that have fallen off. Recapit, temparin, and dentemp are three such products.  Follow the directions that come with the product. Make sure your tooth is clean and dry. If it is wet, it can impact the seal. You can clean the interior of the crown and make sure that it is also clean and dry. Check to make sure the crown fits evenly, before you cement it in. If not there might be a piece of cement on your tooth or in the crown that is the cause. This could be gently scraped off.
