Need evaluation: Intermittent dyspnea could be from asthma, copd, symptomatic hypothyroidism and heart conditions. Depending on further history and examination spirometer and echocardiogram may be helpful if etiology is not apparent on examination.

More info needed: You should visit your doctor to establish that your chest and heart are normal.  You must not smoke or be around smoke.  Are you under a lot of stress at this time?  Are you over weight?  Do you exercise?  You should consult your physician to see if you are physically able to exercise, ride an exercise bike or participate in physical activities.  I hope you feel better soon.

Lots of causes: and we can't begin to address them here.  You could try getting a video or text consult.  Really, though, you need to see a doctor and get pulmonary function test to see if it is just a feeling, or whether there is in fact something wrong with your lungs.  Good luck!

Depends: Chest/Thorax is tricky as u are using it all the time. Ice helps for areas that hurt the most. Avoid heavy lifting or upper body-chest exercises for few weeks. Over counter meds like Ibuprofen help usually. Gentle stretches for the Latismus Dorsi muscles and pec's help also.

i have had a cough for 2 and a half weeks. i cannot take a full breath of air without coughing and i get a jolt of pain i'm my ribs when i do. ?

Mgt: I would recommend a visit with your doctor to discuss whether you may have asthma or a lung infection. 
Coughing can worsen reflux and taking an antacid may alleviate the pain.

Shortness of Breath: Our breathing is a complex orchestration of lung expansion, movement of the diaphragm, and expansion of the chest cavity. A nearly 20-pound  weight on the chest wall can interfere with full chest expansion. If you are still concerned, visit your doctor and undergo a screening physical exam.

Stomach or Lifestyle: I see you have been worked up for possible heart condition.  That's good because what you mention can be heart-related.  If you are overweight that would need to be addressed.  If you start a gentle exercise program consult w/doc.  Best case scenario is that you are very out of shape.  Peace and good health.

how do i stop having anxiety? i feel anxious 2 or 3 times a day. have trouble laying in bed to sleep... when i lay down, i do not feel a can get a full breath. this makes even more anxious. i have a diarrhea every 2 days help!

General : General medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism can cause similar symptoms.  Consult you primary care doctor and tell him your symptoms.  There may be a straight forward "cure" to your problems.
