Worrisome : At 32 weeks there is &gt; 50% risk that all would need breathing support and special nursery care for many weeks. If these are available, survival rate at or 32 weeks is pretty good. There are a variety of complications that can occur within a nicu setting, so the process is a long one.

Keep 'em in.: Twins deliver at 36 to  37 weeks, and triplets
can deliver much earlier and suffer that much
more from early delivery. Hopefully you have at least another 5 weeks. Make sure you report and contractions or change in discharge or bleeding to your doc to delay and or prepare for delivery.

Term: As close to due date as mothers health and lack of labor as possible.  Most require hospitalization at 23-24 weeks and ave weeks of delivery because of preterm labor is 32 wks.  Every week gained is a bonus for babies health.

That is up to yourOB: But it is very good you have made it to 34 , most women with triplets go into labor earlier and need the csection.

Watchful waiting: Your chance of a success pregnancy outcome is actually much higher with twins than triplets.  So get plenty of rest, stay hydrated,  and follow up with your doctor as recommended.

Maybe: All developmental milestones for the first yr to yr and a half should be adjusted for babies prematurity. Your average term born will prop sit for several seconds at 6 months and get to sitting and be stable by 9. Since your babies came more than 2 months early i would not expect them to be stable in sitting yet.

my wife had triplets.2 have stopped growing at 8 week , 1 was 9 week growing.last sonography we did was on 28 july.today again fresh blood spotting?

Follow up: In multiple pregnancies it is possible for one or more fetuses not to survive but one or more do.  It is possible that 2 of the triplets may not be survivors but one is.  When is your follow up ultrasound?  Soon I hope.  That should shed some light.  Wishing you the best.

Yes: Depending on how thorough the study &amp; the training of the tech, missing a fetus is possible. Regular US is a 2 dimensional study and you only see what your probe lights up.

had ultrasound at 8 weeks, showed 3 sacs, 2 empty, 1 with fetus and heartbeat. is it possible i will be having triplets??

1 baby: If I understand your question correctly you said that only one baby was seen at 8 weeks. If there were other babies they would have also been visible. You can ask your doctor doing the sonogram to confirm the findings and explain the results.
