vaginal yeast infection started a week ago, treated with 3 doses of flucanazole, cleared up-at same time, had flare up of trigeminal neuralgia, put on steroidpack (methylprednisolone 4 mg)-yeast infection now itching again, should i stop steroid?

: Stopping medrol pack will not stop the ongoing yeast vaginitis so you may need fluconazole again. Unfortunately, you did not tell your doctor, I assume not the one who prescribed fluconazole, about your recent yeast infection. You should call either doctor for their opinions if medrol pack was helpful in relieving the neuralgia in the past.

Itching: Can come from many different reasons. Even taking a hot shower can make some people itch. If you try to use just luke warm water and a very gentle soap like dove and then rub down with a bath oil afterwards and you still feel the itch, you should get a check up and see if there are any internal reasons that are causing the problem. An exam and blood tests may be needed to find the cause.

Anal Itching?: I am assuming your anus itches.  Several causes.  Partial rectal prolapse can cause this.  Mucous glands on the outside and wet and not meant to be there.  Causes poor hygiene.  Pin worms can cause this.  Hemorrhoids can cause this.  Yeast and other fungan and bacterial infecitons can cause this.  Use baby wipes, balneol or other rectal cleanser.  Check for pin worms.  Get anoscopic exam by md.

You don't have to be dripping just rub and and let it absorb and it will form a good barrier keeping the skin from drying out.

It is thought that this condition may be a result of a long-ago injury to some of the vertebrae in your spine. Your general physician would be in better shape to see exactly where this "place" is.

Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Rectal itching: I assume you are talking about your rectum.  Itching and bleeding of the rectum usually means a hemorrhoid.  However if it does not respond to treatment for that then it should be examine by a physician.
