Diabetes : usually your insurance would be able to cover for a diabetic kit which includes lancets, a glucometer, alcohol wipes, and a stylets. Have your PCP order you one, and you will just have to pay the copay based on your insurance plan. I know I bought a cheap one out of pocket for 30 bucks.

If it's still high, you'll probably need blood drawn, especially if your vision has changed recently, you're more thirst than expected or urinate more frequently than usual. Normal fasting blood sugar should be less than 100. You may have diabetes.
