Trental: (Pentoxifylline) improves circulation of blood by increasing it's flow through blood vessels. It has both vasodilator & anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to treat chronic peripheral arterial disease. I would ask your prescribing medical provider if there are any substitutes that might be appropriate for you. Take care.
