Multiple causes: Tremors in hands can be associated  with Parkinson's disease that may or may not have percieved weakness but the most common cause of shaking hands is actually essential tremor that usuallly does not have weakness.There are multiple other causes,some associated with weakness,some just shaking.

TFCC tears are...: not easily diagnosed, or, unfortunately, treated.  Since you have this diagnosis, I assume you've already seen an orthopedist and/or a physical therapist.  It sounds like you're experiencing a significant amount of discomfort and disability.  You would be wise to direct your concerns to them.   I wish you the best.

It does not provide definitive answers as to why you have symptoms.  See a neurologist and get additional opinion regarding this.

Yes: If there were no other recent changes in medication and there is no other plausible explanation for the fatigue, daytime sleepiness, and tremors, i would assume that they are side effects of the newly started pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) even though it was started nine days before the symptoms began.
