Not really: you can try to manage the pain by medication, you can even try the medication that might be able to dissolve some specific stone,but you could not make the gallbladder healthy again.if the patient is healthy enough to tolerate surgery . Then surgery is the only cure for this problem,that will eliminate any potential complication associated with gallbladder stone. All other option are  palliative .

Any symptoms?: How did they find the stone and why did they look for it? If you had symptoms suggestive to gall bladder obstruction, it is better to take the gall bladder out. If it never caused any symptoms, i would just keep an eye on it. No pills can help with this.

No, but...: ...It's the most effective.  Gallstones can be dissolved by ultrasound waves (lithotripsy) or medication, however, new ones will form.  The only effective way to permanently get rid of stones is to remove the "gallstone factory", the gallbladder.  Thankfully, this can be done by minimally invasive outpatient surgery.  Most importantly, though, this is only recommended if one has symptoms.

Surgery: The only effective treatment for symptoms or complications of gallbladder stones is surgery to remove the gallbladder.  This can be done in a minimally invasive fashion as an outpatient.  Medications are not effective.

Not related: if you are not on any chronic medications, I don't see how any hair treatment will make any difference.
