Actually: That blood pressure is within the normal range. If the top number drops in the 80s and you are dizzy then you shoulld seek care.

Hypotension: Low blood pressure is not a problem if you are not having symptoms. If you are feeling faint or passing out then you need to be seen. Drink fluids.
