Many possibilities: Swelling without pain can be from many causes - tumor, allergic reaction, blocked eyelid gland, inflammation, infection.  If it does not go away in a day or two, see an ophthalmologist.

Related to cause: It is recommendable to visit an ophtalmologist or familiar doctor, since you are having changes in vision. It is important to discard a spreading of a possible infection to inner structures.

Swollen Eye Lid: Warm compress, lid scrubs, possibly topical or even oral antibiotics. Most importantly, it is important to find out the reason or etiology of this lid swelling. A thorough and complete ophthalmologic exam is warranted asap.If there is any discharge an eye culture would be reccomended .A history of any concomitant infection is important to know. Recent cold or uri. Do not ignore this. See dr asap!

right lower lid has a sty its almost gone no treatment except compress but under eye close to sinus bone cheek stuff puffy swollen since sunday n looks like moving more towards corner what could it be major panic i googled ?

Stye: Facial swelling is not usual with styes, even of the lower lid. Associated redness and/or pain of the face would be worrisome, but nevertheless it would be best to be examined by a physician or ophthalmologist for peace of mind.

Poss. Foreign body: If it is truly a sac and one-sided it could be what we call a pyogenic granuloma caused by a retained foreign body.  Must see a dermatologist or ophthalmologist for proper DX and rx.

Probably: A stye/chalazion. Use hot compresses and see ophthalmologist if no better in few days.

Fluffy white stuff?: Hard to imagine that soft fluffy white stuff causing such a problem, unless it was a high velocity snowball or a frozen ice-like chunk. Regardless of snow or no snow, such eye symptoms need an evaluation by an eye doctor, or at the ER if an ophthalmologist (MD eye doctor) is not available at the moment. There may be infection around the eye, which would be bad and need immediate antibiotics.

?conjunctivitis: This could be a viral infection-conjunctivitis. With so much inflammation, you should have a physician evaluate and treat you now.

A Bruise: is a bruise...is a bruise...and swelling may persist when the area is "at rest"...Warm Moist Heat may helps by increasing the circulation and mobilizing the fluid (swelling) as does waking up and "smiling"!!!!!!!!!

Herpes Zoster?: I have seen many patients present with unilateral eruptions they "thought" were "spider bites" or "poison ivy". I would see your eye doc as this sounds like shingles..Herpes zoster ; rx would be indicated.
