As a general rule, do aerobic exercise, avoid constant sitting, take vitamin D supplements, eat a healthy diet, avoid smoking and recreational drugs, and see a doctor regularly to prevent or treat ongoing medical issues.

Dysautonomia: there is an imbalance between your Sympathetic -fight or flight and Parasympathetic-house keeping nervous connections. The manifestations include organ symptoms such as, dizzy upon standing- low bp, nausea from delay stomach emptying, excess sweating or decreased sweating, chest pain, difficulty breathing-dyspnea, headaches, etc.. Special neuro work up needed; tilt test, sweat test, etc.

Neurologist referral: Neurologists do treat nervous system disorders.  A specialist not seeing you may be due to many factors.   Is your medical insurance not accepted by that doctor?   Does the problem require a surgical evaluation?   Was the problem due to a work-related injury (some doctors will not manage those problems)?   Did your primary care doctor order the EMG/NCS?  If Yes, see that person for help.

Lyme disease: Acute lyme disease must be treated with at least 3 weeks of antibiotics.  Chronic manifestations attributed to lyme disease seldom respond to antibiotic therapy and are considered by many to be immune system mediated symptoms, perhaps to products of the spirochaete that have remained in the body rather than to active infection.

CBT and medical: I suggest psychotherapy using CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) and a thorough medical examination to rule out underlying medical issues ( illness, thyroid issues, blood sugar fluctuations. You will need a team approach to your issues.
