Something else?: With the pale stools, it's time to consider that perhaps you have a second cause of direct / conjugated hyperbilirubinemia, or that the diagnosis of dubin-johnson's was a presumptive one and perhaps you have a mild adult version of alagille's or something similar. Even dj patients can get a common duct gallstone or a tumor. Time for a good workup. Good luck.

Medical first: Recommend  detoxification & stabilization of your medical condition. Do you have an addiction medicine specialist treating you?  Alcoholics anonymous is a 12 step program that is the back bone for sobriety programs for most. Inpatient rehabiltation programs can be very beneficial.

One common, and harmless, cause of elevated bilirubin is Gilbert's syndrome, a deficiency in an enzyme that helps break down bilirubin.If your bilirubin levels are higher than normal, it’s a sign that either your red blood cells are breaking down at an unusual rate or that your liver isn’t breaking down waste properly and clearing the bilirub

Day 10: A bilirubin of this level on day 10 of life by itself is not dangerous. If the cause is also benign, ie elevated bilirubin related to breast feeding or a similar cause, then all should be fine. Continue to monitor the level until it is a normal number. Your doctor can graph these results. All the best.

Depends: If your hyperbilirubinemia is due to an underlying problem such as cholestasis or liver disease (what are other liver values?), then those should be addressed. Some people have Gilberts which causes elevated bilirubin occasionally with no sequelae.

Yellowish eyes: If you have normal liver function, then the yellowish tint may be normal for you.  The color of an individual's white of the eye can vary.  Staying hydrated and using occasional get-the-red-out drops may be helpful.  If not, i would just ignore it.  If it worsens, you should go see an eye doctor.

: Total bilirubin level 0f 7.0 with direct 1.7 mg/dl in 3-week-old infant is abnormal.  Treatment is dependent upon the cause (s).  Biliary atresia,  neonatal hepatitis, other conditions leading to cholestasis are among the list of possibilities.

: The site does not provide your location but if I use USA standards the total and indirect are not worrisome at this age. The direct is a bit higher than I would like but I would just retest it in a few weeks. No treatment for the numbers cited would be routine.
