ACNE IN SPA: Spas are not the best place to get any kind of medical treatment. Microdermabrasion, acne cleanings and superficial peels are all good therapies for your described condition, but they are best delivered by an aesthetician in a dermatologist's office.

Serious Rx needed: Acne on the trunk won't respond well to anything you can do on your own. Start using topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated and get with your personal physician now. If a course of a systemic antibiotic does not clear you, the next offer may be Isotretinoin from a dermatologist; it's not for the faint-hearted but i'd urge you to try it if it's suitable.

See a dermatologist: There are now in many different creams and pills available to treat acne that is either mild or severe. They suggest you see a dermatologist to see which is best for you. Remember that any treatment takes several weeks to take effect.

Vague: The cited symptoms are too vague to provide for much of a response. Skin issues most often require direct observation for assessment. Past history, recent exposures, change in foods or products, etc are relevant. You are welcome to start over with a detailed description of the rash (size,shape,raised/not, color,etc) but this is likely something that will pass or need to be examined.

One of the most used: Minocycline and Doxycycline are very effective in treating acne, and are the first drugs i would use, coupled with topical benzoil peroxide. Blackheads are clogged pores and are the result of not thoroughly cleansing your face.  Otc preparations frequently have a scrubbing preparation containing peach or apricot pits that are micropulverized.

No OTC pill: I am going to assume that you have moderate to severe acne on the face and body and will assume you have used  as directed topical treatments for at least 6-8 weeks at a time.  If that is the case you will need to see a dermatiologist to consider oral medications starting with possibly oral antibiotics in combination with topical adapalene or tretinoin or consider oral isotretinoin treatment.

i have acne on the underside of my right breast. my doc. said they are cysts. not! they are blackheads & whiteheads in the hair pores. if i squeese them, they empty just like on a face, some of them get large & purple. what causes this?

There : There are several possibilities. I wonder if you might have hidradenitis suppurativa:

the main things i would think about would be acne, folliculitis, cysts, or hidradenitis.  If it has been present since childhood nevus comedonicus would be possible.

Topical prescription: You would likely benefit from a prescription of a topical retinoid like tretinoin or adapalene which you use once daily at night after cleaning your skin. These help with both blackheads and whiteheads, as well as redness/inflammatory acne. You can also use a body cleanser with salicylic acid which you can find at the store. See your doc for their opinion.
