No med kills all: There are at least a dozen diseases than be transmitted  sexually including those best known as STD's.Some can be cured with meds and some not.Those that can be cured are not all cured by a single med.If you were treated with the right med for your STD, it may linger long enough to prevent re-infection by same germ for a few days, but unprotected exposure leaves you vulnerable to all the others.

If sudden in onset, and associated with fever, chills and overall feeling very poorly, most likely acute bacterial prostatitis, requiring antibiotics. If no fever, chills, generalized illness, considered chronic prostatitis, which may be caused by bacterial infection or not.

: Therte are many medications which can be safely taken for these conditions but should be prescribed by your obgyn, which will not cause miscarriage. So don't worry about it.

You : You likely had an allergic reaction to the soap you used. Try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream to the external vaginal area. If this persists you may be dealing with a yeast infection, you can then try a yeast infection cream. If you still have symptoms visit your doctor again.
