: Radiologists prefer to write up detail that confirms they have studied the films, They get criticized when they just say "normal" or "unchanged from previous studies". I suspect it just documents a normal variant than is nothing more,

: The normal MRI does not show anatomical or structural explanations for your chronic headaches, and is read as normal.  (As are the vast majority of MRI's done to evaluate "headaches".)  Suggest you investigate other causes of chronic headaches, such as migraine.

Ask your doctor: THe mass should have been sent for a micoscopic examination and this is the only way to determine what it was.

Don't be scared: An arachnoid cyst is something that you were born with and it's location is very far removed and completely unrelated  to your nosebleeds.

Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes,  bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.

No but...: Generally this is not expected to cause pain and is benign. If it continues to be painful follow up with your physician because i know of one case where this was assumed to be a benign cyst and it turned out to be metasitized cancer. So have someone biopsy the cyst if it continues to be painful.

Sebaceous Cysts: Sebaceous cysts are collections of sebum that occur within a gland. They can be walled (completely within the gland) or ruptured (when the gland pops). Sometimes they will drain spontaneously, are lanced or are surgically removed. Surgical removal is the best way to prevent recurrence. Some people are prone to these and will form multiple sebaceous cysts. The scalp is a common area for this.

I don't know: what you mean by "awaken" Arachnoid cysts are mostly ASYMPTOMATIC  and are FOUND incidentally when advanced imaging is obtained after head/neck trauma!

Physiatrists: Physiatrists are physicians that specialize in rehabilitation including brain injury rehab. Some are more focused on head injury than others. You may sometimes find a neurologist who has an interest in the area. Speech therapists play a critical role in management as well.
