Could pain come from a cyst on femur head?

No but...: Generally this is not expected to cause pain and is benign. If it continues to be painful follow up with your physician because i know of one case where this was assumed to be a benign cyst and it turned out to be metasitized cancer. So have someone biopsy the cyst if it continues to be painful.
