You need to ask opht: I don't have  any data of this  but  you coudl ask your ophthalmologist. It is  called Lattice degeneration and may depend on your visoon and type of tissue. I doubt that computer or cell phone use is impacting this.

Might but: you need to go and see ENT specialist to get your ear examined and have a hearing test.
Your hearing might get better but if you have any damages, it might be easier to fix now.

Have an eye exam: If the pain goes away when you wear readers, you are in need of an eye exam and will probably be prescribed glasses. Many individuals in their late forties start experiencing strain with near tasks; this is called presbyopia, and is treated with readers. If distance vision is also a problem, a pair of glasses may be prescribed as well. An eye doctor can easily treat your condition!

Avoidance: Keep far away from the source. There has been little proof that the amount of radiation from TV and computer poses a health risk.  As for mobile phone, the issue remains unsettled re.  brain tumor suggested.  If concerned, use your mobile device only when necessary or launch Bluetooth(If a phone is glued to your ear much of the day, your brain is already 1/2 dead anyway).

Ozone: I use ozone daily in my office. High voltage can make ozone.  Lungs and eyes are less tolerant of ozone than other tissues. Do u smell it?  However it may be improving your health.  Ozone is used in europe subways and schools to reduce bacteria and virus in air.  Ozone is very reactive and does not last long in air.  I believe that if the amount was high enough to cause you harm you'd know it.

No. Not likely.: If using computer mice & touch mobile phones caused shaky hands, just about every adult would be complaining of shaky hands, so no, there's no link. However, repetitive motion injury from such usage can cause pain, numbness & tingling. As for taking vitamins, it's unlikely to help unless you were deficient. Even then, b vitamin deficiency isn't really linked to shaky hands (just numbness/tingling).

No: Radiation produced by cell phones isn't the kind that damages tissue. These fears are kept alive by people seeking to profit from frightening people, and from venal politicians. The biggest study showed 10% more brain tumors on the side of the head OPPOSITE to the cell phone. None of the scientists or physicians I work with are at all afraid of cell phones, and neither is Putin, who'd surely know.

No: This is coming from politicians (including, unfortunately, some misguided souls at the World Health Organization) and fearmongers. Do you think that Mr. Putin, who arguably would be the man most certain to have accurate information about the worst the world has to offer, would use a cell phone if they actually caused cancer?

..sciatica; exercise: Probably sciatica.  Look online for stretching exercises for sciatica and do them.  If you are jogging or running regularly cut your workouts in  half for 2-3 weeks.
