my dr has me on low dose methotrexate, tramadol, wellbutrin xr, buspar, (buspirone) xanax and ambien.  are all these drugs safe together?

Comments: I would not be surprised to encounter drug-drug interactions here, which could enhance adverse effects, and even compromise intended efficacy.  Not having a clue as to why you take any of these, I cannot advise further, but think you would do well to have an extensive discussion with your doctor about all of this.

: It's not recommended to take these two medications any time together as dangerous side effects have been described with the combination of tramadol ,an opiod, &amp; a benzodiazepine like aprazalom, At the very least, if your MD who knows you best, prescribed these meds, follow instructions and stay at home when on these meds.

Restless: Check dose of tramadol higher dose of teamadol and zoloft (sertraline) has interaction may cause restless muscle pain even serotonin syndrome make sure you are not taking higher dose even risk of seizure.

Med combo: There can be drug interactions , especially added sedation with all of them, a combined synergistic effect where the individual effects are multiplied  if you've been taking them awhile you may be acclimated, but ask your prescribing md and pharmacist to run a drug interaction program, which should be done if these are all obtained by rx. Tramadol has unique serotonergic effects.

can i take garcinia cambogia while taking tramadol (ultram) and xanax (alprazolam) for anxiety?

Tramadol is for pain: and not for anxiety. I am unaware of any interactions between Garcinia and any of these medications. However, I would strongly suggest using the prescribing physician and/or your pharmacist for information about this issue - they are both good sources.

so i'm prescribed tramadol, gabapentin & alprazolam & i take otc sleep aid. my dr told me my last urine was positive 4 morphine/ codeine & i dont know how!it also tested positive for the gabapetin but i haven't taken that in4mos. how did this happen?

Poppy seed muffins: are a frequent cause for false-positive morphine urine drug screens.   Poppy seeds can also be found in salad dressings, and on bagels.   A GC/ MS test of your urine can quantify and definitively identify the substances in your urine.   A low amount of morphine on the GC/ MS would most likely be from ingestion of poppy seeds.   Talk to your physician about these possibilities.
