Tracking: may be referring to extension of the cyst or abscess into surrounding tissues. Treatment depend on the severity of the extension: either prescription medicine or additional surgery. Please consult your treating physician.

i had a hard palate graft procedure done on monday. now, i'm struggling to eat. my hard palate is still cut open. how long will it take to regenerate? what must i do to fast track the regeneration process? it's really painful.

Palatal Wound: It can take a couple of weeks for the wound to really start feeling normal. You cannot make your gingiva regenerate faster, but you can help the healing process by not adding insult to injury. No spicy, hot, or hard foods that can irritate or damage the sensitive tissues. NSAID's will help with the inflammation and discomfort.

Be calm.: I don't see anything in this scenario that increases your risk for getting HIV. I hope you were wearing a mask due to COVID 19 risks.

It may..: Cellcept is in general Immunosuppressant. For reason to prevent rejection of transplants etc.. Any decreases of immunity can make you prone to infections. Skin infections as boils is one of them. Make sure pus was cultured for appropriate treatment  choice of Antibiotics if needed.Drainage of pus and meticulous hygiene to prevent spread is important. Please, follow up w your doc. for exam and test

Reason you already : Explained , open reduction may not be right treatment for your mother , speak to her doctors  will explain you the reason. You do not want to expose your mother to need less procedure  if close reduction will help. , its complications like infection of hard ware , anesthetic risks etc .Communicate with her doctors.

Hot steam showers, Cold-Eze Lozenges, Tylenol 1-2 TABLETS every 4-6 hours as needed for fever greater than 100. Tea with dark brown honey OK to use Robitussin DM 1-2 tsp. every 4-6 hrs.as needed.

Diet diary: Try keeping a little notebook and writing down everything you eat for a few days. You may be surprized at how much you are eating without realizing it. Try to find healthy foods that you like.

Fruits and veggies: Start with fresh fruits and vegetables, a fresh apple, orange, banana, carrots and celery sticks are good starts. I personally like black beans, kidney beans and chickpeas from the can and i add them to my salads. Fresh mango is delicious as are grapes and blueberries. Go for it- you can do it. By the way, walnuts and almonds are real good for you cause of the omega 3 oils.

No : positive affirmation cant cause side effects. Subliminal tracks - look them up to see what they do. I believe most people play those while sleeping to put in the idea that losing weight is easy. I haven't heard of any others.

Normal: All infants have troubles tracking both eyes to the same point, and generally get binocular vision between 4 and 6 months.  At 3 months, this is normal.
