Probably none: Acute lyme disease will respond to antibiotic treatment well if begun early in the course.  Chronic lyme disease has autoimmune overtones and may respond to a variety of measures directed at this.  Lyme disease has also become the target of a variety of purveyors of otc medications of no proven benefits.  Be careful.  You can not only harm yourself, but your wallet.

Any salt works: By POTS - I assume you mean Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome- in that case the type of salt will not make a difference - it is the increased salt intake and "fluid intake " that helps. Most people on a regular diet should not be deficient in trace minerals. If the weight loss is unexplained it is a good idea to see your doctor

Trace amount means nothing, as it is seen in many normal people. Urine must be collected properly to be accurate. Vaginal or foreskin contamination of specimen can falsely elevate leukocytes.
